For catering and private events, pretzels are baked fresh. We can bake on site during your event, or prepare and deliver freshly baked pretzels ready to serve if on site baking is not needed.

For wholesale partners only, pretzels are provided unbaked and frozen, allowing you to bake and serve them fresh at your location.

Yes. Baked pretzels can be frozen if not eaten right away. Once fully cooled, they should be wrapped or stored in an airtight container before freezing. For best quality, we recommend freezing baked pretzels for a short period, as texture and flavor can deteriorate over time or if they are not stored properly.

Some orders are provided unbaked and frozen, such as wholesale and select direct inquiries. These pretzels should remain frozen until ready to bake and can be baked directly from frozen, though thawing is encouraged for best results.

Not at this time. We use high-gluten bread flour to achieve the signature chew, deep flavor, and traditional character of our pretzels.

Our dips include GatDough's Beer Cheese, Olive Labne, and Cinnamon Cream. Availability may vary depending on order type and quantity.

Yes. All of our pretzels are made with high-gluten wheat flour.

Yes. Butter is used in the dough recipe for all flavors, and additional dairy may be present in dips.

Yes. Our Za’atar pretzels contain sesame.
