Our journey began with a spontaneous trip to Europe. We wandered beer halls, markets, and streets where Old World traditions still feel alive. Of all the foods we tried, the one that stayed with us was the Bavarian pretzel. Deep brown from a proper lye dip, crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and perfect with a stein.
Back home we set out to recreate that experience. A stand mixer, a lot of research, and many test batches later, we arrived at a recipe that honors tradition and adds a quiet twist of our own. We use the foundational elements of a true Bavarian pretzel, including the iconic lye dip, to deliver flavor and texture that feel authentic in every bite.
To keep that bakery-fresh experience, we ship pretzels unbaked so you can finish them at home. When we are on site for events and pop-ups, we bake fresh for you there.
